Waivers, Disclaimers, and Acknowledgements
1. Please note that all participants will be required to sign the Universe Juice Participant Disclaimers and Waivers Agreement prior to engaging in the activity.
2. The request for the reunion is for positive intentions only. Any contact information and subsequent meeting will not be used for any immoral, criminal, nefarious or vengeful reasons.
3. I understand that Universe Juice will use its best efforts to keep contact information provided for this event confidential. We do not anticipate sharing information without written consent of the individuals to whom the information pertains.
4. Participation of all parties involved is on a voluntary basis. I understand that other parties involved may decline the invitation to reunite.
5. A reunion may spark unexpected emotions, reactions and/or actions. By participating in the application and reunion activities organized by Universe Juice, Inc., I hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Universe Juice, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, successors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with my participation in the reunion and related activities.
6. Resources for pre- and post-reunion counseling are made available to participants via the Universe Juice website. Any costs associated with use of such resources are the sole responsibility of the individual participants. (Note for us: partner with such resources.)
7. The application process, incident research, participant search, and reunion event planning are provided as complimentary services to our clients. Reasonable costs, at the sole discretion of Universe Juice, linked to the reunion event, including light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages for a limited number of participants at a local venue will be covered by Universe Juice. In the event that either party requests a larger gathering or travel is necessary, participants will be responsible for associated costs such as gas, travel, lodging, food, beverage, or other such expense.
8. While Universe Juice will make every effort to address as many applications as possible, factors such as the volume of applications, challenges in connecting with other parties, their decision not to participate, or other unforeseen factors may prevent us from completing every received application.
9. Press Release: A press release may be sent to local media announcing the event. Applicant agrees to such announcement.
10. Photography and Videography: The event may be photographed and videotaped. Reuse and reproduction of such may be used for promotional purposes, encompassing, but not limited to, social media, the Universe Juice website, and press materials. Applicant agrees to such use.
11. Testimonials: Testimonials submitted may be utilized for marketing and promotional purposes, encompassing, but not limited to, social media, the website, and press materials. Applicant agrees to such use.
