Resources for pre- and post-reunion counseling are made available to participants via the Universe Juice website. Any costs associated with use of such resources are the sole responsibility of the individual participants. Any costs associated with use of such resources are the sole responsibility of the individual participants. * I agree Reasonable costs, at the sole discretion of Universe Juice, linked to the reunion event, including light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages for a limited number of participants at a local venue will be covered by Universe Juice. In the event that either party requests a larger gathering or travel is necessary, participants will be responsible for associated costs such as gas, travel, lodging, food, beverage, or other such expense. * I agree Press Release: * A press release may be sent to local media announcing the event. Participant agrees to the use of their name and likeness in such an announcement. Yes No Photography and Videography: * The event may be photographed and videotaped. I irrevocably grant, in perpetuity, to Universe Juice, Inc., and its partners, business affiliates, licensees, agents, successors and assigns, the right to take, create, edit, alter, copy, and use pictures and video images of me for promotional, advertising or any other business or noncommercial purposes. This includes use of such pictures and/or video images in any media, including but not limited to broadcast and print media, web-based media, social media, press materials, etc. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Universe Juice, Inc. and will not be returned. I hereby waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photos and videos. I covenant, agree, and acknowledge that Universe Juice, Inc. is the owner of the copyrights pertaining to the photos and videos, and any and all other rights, benefits or privileges arising therefrom, now and hereafter without limitation. Yes No Testimonials: Testimonials submitted may be utilized for marketing and promotional purposes, encompassing, but not limited to, social media, the website, and press materials. By participating in the application and reunion activity organized by Universe Juice, Inc., I hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Universe Juice, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, successors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with my participation in the reunion and related activities. I understand that participation in emotional activities may lead to unexpected emotional responses or acts. I acknowledge that while Universe Juice, Inc., endeavors to create a safe and supportive environment, it cannot guarantee the emotional reactions or behavior of participants. I accept full responsibility for my emotional responses and actions during the reunion and related activities and agree not to seek to hold Universe Juice, Inc., liable for any emotional distress, discomfort, actions or reactions arising from my participation therein. This agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
